DELIVERY & ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We deliver all across the Emirates except in certain locations which are considered out-of-service areas.

Free shipping on orders above AED 200, a delivery charge of AED 30 applies for orders below AED 200.

 

Standard - Order Processing Timing

Orders placed until 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday and until 12 p.m. on Saturdays will be delivered as per the below schedule. Orders placed after the cutoff times will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.

 

Delivery Schedule: Monday through Saturday Only! | Order Cutoff Time - 2 pm Mondays to Fridays and 12 pm on Saturdays

Dubai: All orders deliver up to 2 Business Days from Monday to Saturday

Abu Dhabi: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Al Ain: Saturday.

For Pick up: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 12:30 pm at Dubai Investment Park – Dubai

  • For orders below AED 199.99, please note that payment is via bank transfer only.
  • For orders of AED 200 and above, payment can be completed directly before finalizing your order.

Orders to other locations can be accommodated depending on truck availability, please contact us for information.

The prices mentioned on the website include 5% VAT.

The delivery schedule is subject to change on public holidays and during promotions.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns will only be accepted in case of defective noted at delivery time and shall be replaced upon approval of after-sales service.

Products on SALE or SHORT EXPIRY cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be issued if the returned product is out of stock to be replaced, upon approval of after-sales service.
